Offline Wallet Audit

Purpose

Many expatriate households accumulate physical cash reserves over years without a current denomination record. Envelope labels fade, notebook entries contradict each other, and no one is certain whether the safe holds the amount the spreadsheet suggests.

The Offline Wallet Audit reconciles what you actually hold against what your records claim. It is a diagnostic session, not a full playbook — though many households proceed to a Reserve Continuity Playbook afterward.

What We Do On Site

  • Count and log every denomination in every storage location (safe, drawers, envelopes, travel pouches)
  • Photograph envelope labels and cross-reference to your written records
  • Identify discrepancies between counted amounts and logged amounts
  • Produce a gap analysis noting missing records, unlabelled holdings, and custodian gaps
  • Deliver a written audit report within three business days

Deliverable

A bound audit report containing: denomination log by location, envelope inventory with condition notes, discrepancy summary, and recommended next steps (which may include a playbook session).

Ideal Timing

Before a relocation, after a spouse change in reserve-management duties, or when your household has not reconciled physical holdings in more than twelve months.

Pricing

Starting at ₩320,000 for households with up to two storage locations and three currency types. Additional locations or currencies adjust the fee. Request a quote.
