Expatriate households in South Korea who hold physical cash reserves across multiple currencies and locations, and who need a durable written plan for maintaining those reserves through relocations, contract changes, or emergency departures.
This is our flagship consultation. It suits families where one spouse primarily manages reserves, households approaching a permanent change of station, and families who have never documented their envelope system in writing.
What Is Included
- Initial inventory session (90 minutes). We review every physical reserve your household holds: cash in safes, drawers, and envelopes; denomination breakdowns; and stated purpose for each holding.
- Custodian interview. We identify who may access, count, or authorise movement of each reserve, and document succession if the primary custodian is unavailable.
- Envelope system design. Colour-coded labels tied to obligation types, cross-referenced to inventory numbers.
- Relocation sequence drafting. Step-by-step departure actions tested against your household’s actual timeline and obligations.
- Delivery session (60–90 minutes). We present the bound playbook, walk both spouses through each section, and answer questions.
- One revision round within fourteen days of delivery for terminology or labelling adjustments.
What Is Excluded
Investment recommendations, tax advice, legal document drafting, currency exchange execution, and ongoing reserve management. We document and plan; we do not manage your money.

Preparation
Before your first session, gather: all labelled envelopes, denomination notebooks, any existing written notes about reserve purposes, and a list of upcoming financial obligations with dates (school fees, rent, remittance).
Pricing
