2. Services Description
Service Elm Field provides advisory consultations including reserve continuity playbooks, offline wallet audits, and household cash mapping for expatriate households. Our services produce written documentation and guidance. We do not provide investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or financial product sales. 3. Enquiries and Bookings
Submitting a contact form constitutes an enquiry only, not a confirmed booking. Session dates are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit. We reserve the right to decline engagements that fall outside our scope or capacity.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are quoted in Korean won unless otherwise stated. A deposit is required to confirm session scheduling. Full payment terms are provided in your written quote. Prices displayed on the Site are starting fees and may vary based on scope.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, and layout — is owned by Service Elm Field Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Playbook documents and audit reports produced during consultations are licensed to the commissioning household for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our Site content without written permission.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your household’s reserve situation during consultations. You are responsible for the security of playbook documents and audit reports once delivered. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain document security or follow documented procedures.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, Service Elm Field Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our advisory services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and our advisory services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Advisory deliverables reflect information you provide at the time of consultation and may require updating as your circumstances change.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gyeonggi Province, Republic of Korea.
